Draft document. The entity name, address, tax ID, retention periods and commercial terms are sample data — they show the document’s complete shape and are not binding until replaced.
Splotra sp. z o.o. (sample data), ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-001 Warszawa, Poland, tax ID 0000000000 — sample data. Contact: kontakt@splotra.com.
Splotra ingests product data, transforms it according to the configuration you define, and publishes the result at an address made available in the service. Every publication creates a new, immutable version; the pointer from the public address to a version can be rolled back.
Use of the service requires an account. The contracting party is the team; an account may join a team by invitation, which requires the invitee’s explicit acceptance. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for actions taken from your account.
Data you provide or point us at with a URL remains yours. You represent that you are entitled to process and publish it. Unlawful content, and data you hold no rights to, may not be submitted. We do not monitor the contents of your data; we act on reported infringements.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee any particular level of availability and we offer no service level agreement. Maintenance may occur; where feasible, we announce longer interruptions in advance.
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of published data, nor for the behaviour of third-party systems to which you direct a published feed. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months (sample wording — to be agreed together with the commercial model).
Monthly subscription, payable in advance, cancellable at the end of a billing period (sample model — to be agreed).
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service in case of a material breach of these terms, after prior notice — unless the breach threatens the security of the service or of third parties. After termination, data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
We announce changes before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the provider’s registered office; for consumers, the generally applicable rules apply.
